Structis out of Nashville, TN secured the contract to apply around 7 inches of Maxxon® Low-Density Fill (LDF) over the existing parking deck, topped with 1 inch of Maxxon® Level-Crete.

Initially, the contractor faced a weight issue while leveling the garage. After considering several options, we determined that using LDF and Level-Crete was the ideal solution, meeting both weight criteria and enabling easy pumping and finishing on-site.

We successfully completed the project ahead of schedule, covering approximately 28,000 square feet, to begin the renovation of adding hotel suites to the third-floor parking deck area, located in the heart of Downtown Nashville – Music City!
